Hello, to all. I am the owner ,instructor here at Vinsons Academy of Martial Arts,located in Roanoke Alabama. I love this sport. Lots of training though but it keeps you in shape.I've been in it for about 18 years. I dont drink,smoke or do drugs.I try not to curse.It's not good for you,it only shows your ignorance. I can be one of the nicest people you'll meet,but dont cross me I will stand up for myself... OH yea, Girls if your selling yourself or pics don't bother me.I'm just gonna DENY you. I dont have time for Garbage.I dont care How fine you are.Now that I have pissed half the world off, Im really not mean.Just try to do what is rite.
