Gadson and the ZX14 under the crew chief of Coby Adams went right to work proving that they had the winning combination (bike,rider,mechanic) by immediately winning the first race of the year on a motorcycle that wasn't even available to the public yet. By the last race of the year they had been to every final except one and won more races(3) than any other bike and rider, and owned the new national record at 8.15 @ 181 mph. Improving students from the burn out box thru the traps. Nephew, Richard Gadson Assisted Rickey on the track with demonstrating all the DO’s on getting thru the 1/4. The school bikes will be equipped with all of the standard drag racing go fast goods.The schools ZX14’s will be prepared by Rickey’s own Performance motorcycle shop "Sportbike Zone" and will be based loosely on the rules of the wildly popular AMA/Prostar Super Street class. Gadson contacted his long standing marketing partner Rob Muzzys, Muzzy provided each of the school bikes with sidewinder exhaust. This exhaust is the same equipment that can be found on the Race winning Monster Energy Drinks/Kawasaki Drag Racing Super Street entry that Rickey currently races. The bikes will all be lowered and stretched to a wheelbase of 62-64 inches. Each school bike will benefit from push button air shifting to allow for the quickest e.t possible. The school bikes will have the ability to produce eight second quarter mile passes.The advance school is for current racers or experience riders who want a one on one experience with the 8 time World Champ. Students can bring their own bike if you want to learn how to get the most out it, or advanced school students can rent the Rickey Gadson Sportbike Zone Prepared Nitrous fed ZX14 School bike.This bike will be used only for current advance drag racers that can go 9.20 or faster on one of the schools "Stockers", as this bike will produce 50 more hp and run about 10-14 mph faster than the other bikes, and will be capable of mid 8 second passes. This bike is close to the experience of riding an AMA/Prostar Super Streetbike. It is a thrill that will give you hands on experience for the class that has everyone in the sport of motorcycle dragracing talking. Rickey was At Atco Raceway with a Private Class on Monday Aug. 13th with Super Bikes Host Jason Britton & a Student from Ohio Dan.They indicated that the show will be appearing on Super Bikes on the Speed Channel at end of August or the 1st week in September.Rumor has it that OEM has hired Rickey to have some private sessions to teach Famous Road Racers how to get off the line quicker….. Jason was able to reach his goal in the ¼ after disciplining himself to keep both wheels on the Black Top. For a man that has never Drag Raced before, impressed he was.Starting out in the 10’s in 6 hrs. The advanced classes will teach you the mental side of drag racing. We'll teach you thinks like, how to break down your time slips incremental numbers and see where you need improvement.How to improve your reaction time, deep staging, shallow staging,rolling the beams, the secret to dial ins for bracket racers,tricking your opponent, track temps,tire temps.Rickey will also teach you how the barometer,altitude ,and humidity affects your bikes performance, and how to correct for it.How to use a power commander when tuning at the track $795.00 Advance class using our ZX14s $595.00 Advance class bring your ownThis is our basic class for riders with little to no drag racing experience. The first day starts in the class room with a powerpoint presentation going over safety,safety equipment, the bike and its controls. From there we proceed to the racetrack to learn the tracks staging system as well as the timing system. After familiarizing you with the mighty ZX14, Rickey will then suit up and show you what a good run should look like.Now its time for students to suit up and begin their drag racing experience starting from the burnout box to the starting line, and depending on individual comfort and ability we'll start learning how to "60 foot the motorcycle"(launch). Day two starts in the classroom going over day one, and discussing any issues or concerns. Then back to the track to advance from where each undividual left off. By early to mid afternoon we will be making full track runs. At the completion of the class riders who advance to full throttle runs will receive a certificate of completion which will be recognized by the AMA Prostar US Drag racing series as a means of getting an ET license. All 9 second runs can be used to complete riders NHRA ET licensing. 2 day Basic Class 1095.00 - using our Schools ZX14. 2 day Basic Class 895.00- bring your own

Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Rickey Gadson took the Super Street victory during the fourth round of the AMA Prostar National Championship Series in Memphis, Tenn.During the qualifier, Gadson mounted his Kawasaki ZX,,-14 and posted a 175 mph run in 8.02 seconds, finishing second overall in qualifying.On race day, Gadson consistently posted times in the low eight-second range, easily earning a spot in the finals for the third time in four attempts. With the lowest average reaction time and best elapsed time (E.T.) all day, Gadson dominated his competition in the finals by posting an 8.248 while going a top speed of 175.62 mph.“We gained valuable points in our race for the championship,” said Gadson. “The Super Street class is the hottest, no bar class in AMA Prostar Drag Racing and we want nothing less than a championship for Kawasaki and the all-new Kawasaki ZX,,-14.”The fifth round of the AMA Prostar National Championship Series takes place in Columbus, Ohio, on July 7-8.
