Briefly about my enchanting person. My name is Alex (or Alexandr in the Russian manner) and I haven't got another one; please, don't use nicknames, they are the teenage stuff! However at the moment I'm a teenager with great and adult ambitions and even a few ideas of their implementation.
I was born in the last autumn of 80's in small town of Irbit situated in the Urals, 30 miles to the east from the border of Asia and Europe. Fin de siècle (let me call those strange 90's so) was in its height that time over the perish empire (still it was USSR) and as every sensible child I could feel its touch on myself... Good enough explanation for all these outstanding, unusual and some kind of childish oddities I'm driven on. Nevertheless, my current ardours to music and another artwork are related rather to my boredom.
In the middle of 2006 I moved to Moscow for getting higher education. Previous 15 years I've lived in Kirovo-Chepetsk, small and sleepy town in Kirov Region. Almost nothing serious or memorable, but the major part of my life passed there.
Now I'm studying both philosophy and economics in the Highest School of Economy (State University in Moscow). May be one day I shall gain classical education with few economical knowledge. Do I really show regard to my studing!? In fact I spend the most of my time and money on scene concerts and music.
I adore:
- French and Russian poetry and novels of the XIX-XX centuries;
- Milk chocolate. No, lots of milk chocolate;
- Sleeping more than four hours a day;
- LAI and Sonja K.;
- Being in love and adoration;
- Toutes mes amies et tout mes amis;
- The entire Russian gothic / industrial / neofolk scene;
- Early mornings;
- My red and fluffy cat (15.07.97 - 17.11.07);
- Ancient Greek and Latin classics;
- Coniferous forests and flowering fields;
- Little elvenkids;
- Finally listening to British gothic rock, German industrial, French ethereal / coldwave and Russian darkwave / neofolk tunes.
I love the entire scene all over the Europe and rarely American one.
Unfortunately (and shamefully) I haven't any experience playing in live-bands or projects yet, but I'm thinking about realization of my cherished dream. So stay informed.
