STEP II
I am a step closer to my goal. This past Monday I was offered a position as a property manager's assistant at one of the top REAL ESTATE companies "KELLER WILLIAMS". Wow! What an exciting new start!
Being a part of a property management team allows me to receive steady monthly income and to learn the business of real estate at the same time. On top of that, I am also entitled to a portion of the commission of any leasing property I find a client for. The best of it all is: I still have the freedom of working as a real estate agent.
To sum it all up, this is a perfect opportunity for me. I feel very blessed and I am very thankful for that. :)
I still have a long way to go. Taking a step by step is how I get there slowly but surely.
STEP I:
What have I been up to? (if anyone cares to know....)
I finally finished my real estate courses and passed the exam (on the first trial YAY!) .
This coming up year is exciting for me as I used 2007 to do everything necessary to set up a good start toward my long-term goal starting in 2008. And I am very thankful for everyone who has been supportive, especially my mom, my husband and my son (for understanding that mommy had to study! LOL)I can't say enough how much I LOVE all of you!! :D
I've been extremely busy. As you've noticed I rarely come on here anymore. Shoot, I don't even get to sit in front of my laptop as often as I used to anymore. Thanks for stopping by and dropping me a message/comment even if I can't return the same favor in most cases......O_o"
