A Dawn Becoming began in May 2007. Ted Everingham, and Dennis Gee and Bryon Wright formed a group and started writing an enormous amount of songs. They were satisfied with the material and now just needed a band to pull it off. So Dave Shaffer joined the band at the end of August and Eric Parks joined in the first week of September. About 2 years later the band and Bryon departed into different directions. The band has released an album titled "Emotions Will Run" with Bryon Wright. A little while after the departure of Bryon a good friend, Jake Hartz joined the group. The band is now working on some new material with Jake Hartz and will release an EP of it in the future. With the new EP coming out soon the band hopes to tour and share their music with every ear possible!!
A Dawn Becoming's music is solid hardcore metal with elements of progressive rock, thrash, and pop music. Every member brings their own unique musical background to the table, and every member has a background in broad ranges of musical styles. The songs are fast and slow, and occasionally really, really fast, and always 100% fun.
