A beautiful mix of Yugoslavian and Indonesian parents, she started her DJ career in November 2005 by forming a group known as the “Electric Barbarellasâ€. Blessed with a very successful DJ career in a short time, they won several DJ awards such as:

- Best Rookie DJ 2007 by Redma Awards
- Best Female DJ 2007 by Redma Awards
Milinka has launched her career as a solo DJ. She is in and out of the studios composing her tracks as well as singing. Miz Milinka's performances are unique, pronounced and sought after by clubbers everywhere. She leaves a lasting impression on the crowds with her trademark sexy, pumping grooves while touring around the region and major cities across the globe.
Her popularity and celebrity status gave her regular appearances on television shows such as: MTV’s “What’s Up?â€, Jak TV Nite n Day (a popular clubbing and fashion TV program for Jakarta ), the O Channel (a very successful lifestyle TV station), and Tukul’s Empat Mata (an extremely popular prime time talk show). Great appeal to the female audience keeps her busy with many gigs at top international brand fashion shows.
As a pioneer for female DJs and for having opened the door to the clubbing industry for other female DJs in Indonesia, she has drawn a great deal of interest from the press. She was featured on popular magazines such as: Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, Her World, Playboy, Maxim, Hers, Juice, and Free Mag. Indonesia's largest daily newspaper "KOMPAS" also did a feature on her with a special one full page interview on a Sunday edition, a feat rarely achieved by DJs, male or female.
Milinka graduated with a degree in Economics from The Netherlands. When she returned to Jakarta, she worked in the finance industry as a stock broker and as a marketing representative at an index trading company. On her free time, she worked as a model and her face became recognizable through some of her work for a number of nationwide commercials and advertisements. She represented Jakarta for Miss Indonesia 2004 and participated in a Fear factor competition in Malaysia.
