Divine Fornication has been together off and on since 1996. The band's sound is a fusion of mainly industrial and rock, but our individual influences are very broad. I think our future material will only go to show that we cannot be categorized. I can speak for everyone when I say that we just love creating music. It allows us to express ourselves not only mentally and physically, but spiritually as well.
We only hope that you hear our music with an open mind and as a form of artistic expression. If you don't like it you don't have to listen to it. Those that do have our deepest gratitude.
Recently you may have seen us in such places as The Melody Inn, Locals Only and Birdy's in which we won the battle of the bands 12/30/07. Our thanks to those who showed up and voted for us. We have been fortunate enough to play with great national and regional acts too such as: Christian Death, Cynergy 67, Human Factors Lab, The Widdle Monsters, Dyksick and many others.
You can also find us on a compilation CD released by Toxic Shock Records. Signed artists include: Human Factors Lab, Team Cybergeist feat.Angel from Dope, 9th Evolution, and a host of others. The compilation is called "Dead Stars Rising Volume 2" and it features our song "Guilty by Design". It can be found and purchased at record stores or by clicking on Toxic Shock's page.
