Hello all! My name is Rachel. In my house I have 1 human child on the way, 1 human daughter named Cora (short for Corazon), 1 human surrogate daughter named Monica, and 4 kitty children (2 boys and 2 girls) named Static, Inigo, Limpy and Aiguille. I have a husband who I have been with for 6 years and a best friend/ brother that I have known for over two years. My husband and I met at a resturaunt called Colorado's Prime Steak in Sanford, FL where he was a cook and I was a hostess. I now work at Mimi's Cafe as a server/ bartender, which is where I met my best friend. I am only there on the weekends so that I can spend the week with my family. I will have to admit that I am a HUGE control freak. I always have to be in control of something and I DEFINATELY have to know what is going on at all times. I like to move furniture. A LOT. I am also very loving try to give my family my all. We have kind of a weird household. We don't seperate families in this house. We are a family of three parents who raise two human kids and 4 feline kids. There is no "she is not my kid" or "you are not my dad" or "you are not my mom". It just works... AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. =) We are a family of very proud Pagans and we practice, celebrate, and rely on our religion on a daily basis. We are extremely grateful to the Gods, Goddesses, and Spirits for all that we have and all that we are.
