DBHH was founded in early 2008 as a joint venture between Dream Big Management & Consulting Firm, LLC and Hustle Hard Media, LLC. Alex Borrero (CEO), Manuel Garcia (Creative Director) and Gabriel Santiago (General Manager) head the company with over 15 years of experience in artist development, brand management, marketing & multi-media services. In its first year of business the company has organized and hosted MIM music conference & the highly successful Beats On the Beach Miami Music Seminar. As well as establish its brand with clients such as G-unit Records, DJ EPPS, Swazy Styles, Heritage Skin Care, Underground Blaze Records, Integrity Records and the newest client Slip-N-Slide Records.

Unlike most companies that either do design or marketing DBHH is a company that handles every project with the concept of branding the client to be successful in the entertainment industry. Our staff has entertainment business degrees from Berkley and marketing degrees from FSU, as well as countless experience in Record Companies, Radio Stations, Advertising firms and overall entertainment companies.

The main focus with "Beats on the Beach" is to merge some of the most influential figures in the music, media and fashion industries with aspiring artists, producers, DJ's, attorneys, managers, models, consumers, and entrepreneurs, surrounded by the sun-soaked sexy and trend-setting culture of South Beach Miami.
Any future industry "tastemaker" is always looking for new ways to further enhance their chance of gaining knowledge of their craft, mingling & partying 'VIP style' with established individuals in their field, and being on the cusp of what is "hot" in pop culture.
