She is CERT III, CERT IV, PILATES UK CERTIFICATION, Registered and Insured with Fitness Australia, with 15 years dance and fitness experience. She is a professional Facilitator and Event co-ordinator.

Christine Sully developed the Bellacize workout after realising gym members needed exercise to be a positive, enjoyable experience - not a necessary chore. Christine says, the girls in her class smile, laugh and have fun throughout – this is what exercise should be about! You are likely to stick at exercise and remain fit and healthy forever if you really enjoy the exercise you do!
This beats the monotony of weight lifting, running on a treadmill or the run of the mill group exercise class at the gym. The atmosphere at a Bellacize class sizzles, we have no diva's or leaders just a group of females having a ball....
Pole DancingPole dancing, once only practiced by “exotic entertainers,†is rapidly being embraced as in-home entertainment for women everywhere — very few of whom have any intention of ever removing their tops in public. Since being featured on TV shows like The Oprah Winfrey Show and 20/20, the sleazy tarnish has been buffed from the brass pole, and dancing around it has become accepted as a form of recreation, exercise and female-bonding.
Most of Christine Sully's students started out as conservative and a little inhibited at first; however with the right music, costuming and instruction, soon unleashed saucier sides .
"We have a lot of giggles, but it's also a great workout. A lot of women have sore muscles and a few bruises the next day." But no complaints, the more you do it the more you enjoy it and see the benefits in your body shape, energy and confidence level..
