I was born in Alliance,Ohio on June 5th, 1981. I was 3lbs,4 oz. Needless to say, I spent the first few weeks of my life in an incubator life support system. My early childhood is more of a blur than my highschool career, so we'll skip a bit.I began playing the violin in the 2nd grade, at Harris Elementary School in Akron, Ohio,(which is where my parents moved to when I was born, on north hill) 3rd grade I began the viola, and became rather bored with the mechanics of the chin resting instruments. So in the fourth grade, I convinced my parents to buy me a cello, which i played through the 8th grade.I again, being a restless child, became bored with the cello, and moved onto the acoustic and electric guitars.In the 9th grade,My first band,"Moon the Sun, was formed, and I bought my first bass guitar, a Fender Jazz bass. We played for quite a few years. My next few projects were an amalgamation of the members of Moon the Sun, and a few people I was involved with in the North High School Jazz Band. We played at pep assemblies and lock-in's and such. I was a member of quite a few bands, one was with my friends out in ravenna, which again, became a miscellanious conglomeration of members untill we formed "SoulFyre".This was my first band that actually played in clubs,which was a hell of a thing, because I was only 16 years old.We recorded our first album about 6 months after we started playing(I think, like I said, it's kind of a blur, some dates may be a little off).I also began being a regular sit-in bassist for my uncle's band,"Past Time", who played a buch of oldies an classic rock. I was a regular player at the Main Street Saloon, which was more of the same(classic rock and roll).At this point,the singer for Soulfyre became uncontrollably entrenched in his drug use, so the drummer, guitar player and I formed "Self Polluted". We were very self polluted. My dear friend, Joe Pucillo, rest his soul,(vocals/soulfyre) wandered the country, while we kept on truckin, playin out as much as we could.Internal turmoil(which usually is the cause of any band's demise) caused Self Polluted to self destruct. Me and Jim,(guitars/vocals) searched for about 6 months to a year for a new drummer, and alas, had no luck.The time had come for me to find another project. I new my friends in Malice 213 were still searching for a bassist, so I gave them a call. Low and behold, I got the gig, so I bought my first five string bass, and began on the road of the heavy metal music. a million shows and it seems, years later, here we are with our debut album on the market, a whole list of shows to come.I now have two acoustic guitars(one classical and one with steel strings) a four string Schecter diamond series , a five string yamaha, a six string warwick thumb, and an ampeg rig that will blow your brains out.I am ready for whatever life throws at me. I just hope that I have a big enough glove to catch whatever it is.
