O'neill surfing equipment started in the early 50's with the pioneer of this great company, Jack O'neill opening our first surfshop in San Francisco, Ca. He pioneered the way for wetsuits as we know them today because he simply wanted to be able to surf longer in the frigid waters off the California coast. From wetsuits our company has expanded to many other products and many other extreme sport venues including snowboarding, wakeboarding, waterskiing, diving, and kite surfing.
