1000 Hertz+ um, TOPLOADER!?!??! + LOADS OF OTHERS.
+ LOADS OF OTHERS.STARTED PUTTING ON GIGS IN THE 90's AS PART OF A COLLECTIVE IN EASTBOURNE. BUT ALL THE OTHERS WERE MORE INTERESTED IN DANCE or INDIE, SO DID MY OWN THING.PREVIOUS TO THIS I HELPED OUT AT GIGS IN MY HOME TOWN OF
SOUTHAMPTON, THE MOST MEMORABLE GIG FROM THAT PERIOD WAS JOE STRUMMER, WHO HAD JUST COME OUT AS A SOLO ARTIST. TOP BLOKE. THE GIG WAS 1 OF A SERIES OF GIGS TO FUND A SORT OF ANARCHIST ORGANISATION CALLED CLASS-WAR. STRUMMER GAVE MOST OF THE PROCEEDS FROM THESE GIGS TO CLASS-WAR + EVEN PAID HIS BAND OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET!!!
