EXILES-unwilling absence from a home country or place of residence, whether enforced by a government or court as a punishment, or self-imposed for political or religious reasons. (Until we make it home or have Heaven on Earth, we all are Exiles.)The rap group EXILEZ consists of two members; A.K and Hurt. We write and produce inspirational rap for the masses. We reside in the Washington Metropolitan area. Our music is inspirational, thought-provoking, refreshing and can be enjoyed by adults and children alike. This Bio is written to help you envision Exilez purpose and what we stand for. We are currently working on our debut album “Genesis”. Simultaneously we are sending our demo to Record Labels that we are interested in working with. With all the controversy revolving around the music today, we boldly feel that this is an acceptable time for our music to be acknowledged.It is our mission to change the negative connotation associated with rap to something positive and meaningful. The demographics of our audience are limitless. We believe this is our mission in life, and we know that our music can change lives for the better.
