Being normal is vastly overrated.

About Me

If we are unacquainted, my name is Erin. I am a soon to be twenty-something with a passion for the things I do; my self expressions. Some interesting points about me-
I am a runner. Insanity, that's what some consider putting on a pair of trainers nearly everyday to go out and run for miles, but I love it.
Color and sound, these two important factors define every inch of my life. I despise the typical, boring ways of looking at the things that surround me. From the songs that flow through the speakers in my little Neon, to the shades on my bedroom walls, bland is not an adjective to describe them.
I like to laugh, make a fool of myself, and put a smile on the faces of others any way I can.
I am a bit of a post-modernist, I don't tend to see the world the same way that others do.
I campaign for honesty and openness. It irks me when people don’t say how they feel.
When I can’t sleep, I dance around my room listening to music on my ipod, or I’ll sit out on the porch for hours.
I have a serious obsession with movies, music, history and the arts.
I have a thing for counter-culture. I have a tattoo and love to see what others have as well.
I have syndactyly, which in other words means I have webbed fingers and toes.Other valuable points-
I have one full year of college under my belt at Youngstown State. However, I have no clue what direction my road is leading me, and am taking some time to try to figure out what my major is going to be. In that uncertainty, I'm finding out just who I am and who I want to be. In being me, I know that I’m going to be happy wherever I end up in life.found this retro layout at HOT FreeLayouts.com :: MyHotComments

The true meaning of Christmas.

Strange isn't it, the way that life changes so much in one year's time? The faces that were so familiar in our lives last year, are nowhere to be found in this. Changes all around, some good, others p...

The simple ways to lose yourself.

I've come to realize it is so much easier to lose yourself than it is to find out who you are. I've spent so much of my exsistence running away from myself, and coming up for excuses as to why "this i...
