Gli Spanish Bombs, nati nel 1987 (20 anni!!!!) hanno all’attivo varie registrazioni e numerosi concerti in tanti locali e piazze italiane ed estere. Tantissimi sono i pezzi propri scritti in tutti questi anni, e tantissime sono le recensioni e i commenti positivi che sono stati ricevuti. La passione per il rock’n’roll li porta ad eseguire dal vivo brani propri e cover degli artisti che piu’ amano con forza ed emozione che trascina il pubblico e che li porta a suonare anche 4 ore continuate.
I brani che qui ascoltate, sono il frutto di una registrazione in stanza eseguita una sera con un registratore ad 8 tracce di 13 pezzi, che doveva servire a loro per ascoltarsi. Il missaggio e’ stato veloce e senza nessuna alterazione tecnica. Gli sono piaciuti e li mettiamo qui a disposizione per chi vuole ascoltarli.
L'idea di partenza era salvarsi la vita. Ognuno di noi credo abbia tentato di farlo,soprattutto restando aggrappato a un sogno e a un tipo di suono,comunemente definito musica rock,per noi molto più semplicemente "il rock'n'roll". Questo potrebbe già bastare a riassumere tutta la storia,che è lunga e dura da più di vent'anni. Sarebbe facile e anche abbastanza onesto farsi luccicare gli occhi e abbandonarsi a un pò di retorica sui vecchi tempi,ma nessuno di noi ha voglia di guardarsi indietro se non per addobbare l'albero di questi giorni duri con qualche sonora risata. La verità è che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di incontrarci,e in nome di una fiammeggiante passione e sorretti da un'affinità elettiva ci siamo dedicati alla musica,al rock'n'roll,e abbiamo conosciuto il miracolo di sentire i propri cuori battere all'unisono. Abbiamo fatto tante cose in vent'anni,tanti concerti,abbiamo scritto tante canzoni,a tratti siamo stati una famiglia,soprattutto siamo diventati una band e al mondo esistono poche cose emozionanti come appartenere a una band! Queste cose sono accadute ma è come se stessero accadendo.Mi spiego,no? L'imperativo è ancora salvarsi la vita e salvare quella dei nostri figli e dei figli che verranno.C'è un solo modo per farlo,ovviamente.

The Spanish Bombs, born in 1987 (20 years!!!!) boast several recordings and numerous concerts in many Italian and foreign pubs and public squares. During these years they composed many songs, and many positive book reviews and comments have been received. The passion for rock' n' roll pushed them to execute their songs and cover songs of artists they love most, with force and great emotion that drag the public, carrying them to play for 4 hours continually too. The songs you can listen here, are the result of a one-evening recording with a 8 traces recorder of 13 songs, that had to help them to understand how was their sound and listen to theirselves. The mixing has been fast and with no technical alterations. They liked the work and now we put them here in my space for all those who wants to enjoy them.
"At the beginning, our idea was to start this project to save our life. Everyone of us, i believe, has tried to make it, above all remaining grabbed hold of a dream and a particular sound, commonly defined rock music, for us simply "rock' n' roll". This could already be enough to reassume this story, that it is long and it lasts from more than 20 years. It would be easy and also enough honest let the eyes shine and abandon ourselves to times passed, but nobody of us wants to look back, except to adorn the "tree of this hard days" with some big laughs. The truth is that we have been lucky to meet each others and, in the name of a flaming passion and supported from an elective affinity, we put all our energy in the music, the rock' n' roll, and we have known the miracle to feel our hearts beat together. We have made many things in 20years, many concerts, we have written many songs, and at the same time we have been a real family, above all we became a band and this is one of the most emotional experiences in the world! All these things happened but it is like if they were happening still now. Isn't it?
