I am an English girl hailing from Leeds living in Madrid! I´ve been here the past 5 years singing with various Djs/ producers/ bands. I have sung a lot of different styles from jazz and blues to house, pop, techno and electronica. I love many types of music and find it really hard to limit myself to one style. Fortunately so far, I haven´t had to.
Over the past few years, I have had several releases with Roman Lieske, a prominent producer on the Spanish dance music scene. I´ve worked with Disco B´s Alek Stark and Aqueel in the project that was formerly known as Illektrik. I sing backing vocals for various people including Aaron Thomas, an Australian singer/songwriter based here in Madrid; Aqueel, Spain´s very own RnB wonderboy; The Pinktones (Pink Floyd tribute band!) and Krakovia, a punk/rock band. I do a lot of live house/electro impro sets with Djs performing in clubs and venues all over Spain, such as The Image (Bilbao) , Circulo (Burgos), Cool (Madrid) and Electrosplash (Benicassim).
My own project along with producer Saul Quiñones is called The Knot and you can listen to it here. We are somewhere in the realms of pop, electronica, trip hop and rock!
