Eddie Hamilton was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. At the age of 16, he first heard Bob Dylan's "Simple Twist of Fate" and has been playing music ever since. He also spent time as an Audio Arts and Acoustics major at Columbia College in Chicago, IL.
Eddie Hamilton plays folk rock. Armed with his acoustic guitar his music has drawn comparisons to Jeff Tweedy, Elliot Smith and Bob Dylan.
Throughout his schooling Eddie has primarily played live shows throughout the midwest and in major cities such as Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis and Boston, MA. His songs have also been played in many radio stations across the nation including a live performance and interview on a premier Wisconsin radio station.
