My name is Chris.before you send an email, please read this.i use my myspace to tell a story, it isnt a bad one so please dont worry =)i was unhealthy but now im not, because for my health i sacrificed and fought.i cried and fought through ups and downs and eventually i lost 100 pounds!! =)my journey was a hard one indeed, lack of support and the longing to succeed.my greatest fear is that i would fail, but that was not an option, as you can tell.i am as normal as they come. i dont always eat well and working out isnt always fun. im not as consistent as i was in the past, i admit at times im lazy but i fight hard so that it does not last.i eat bad foods then i get mad and when mondays never go as planned, i beat myself up and get all sad...but still, i am a motivator and i train for life's trails, i instruct fitness classes and bring laughter and smiles.i am a role model to quite a few. i make people happy and myself too. 100 pounds gone but i still keep on going. the struggles and setbacks and my strength keeps growing.i am a fighter just like you, i am as human as they come. i have the will to help and motivate and the heart to get things done.*♥*Namaste, Chris *♥* *♥* *♥*LIVE, LAUGH, AND LOVE......and WORKOUT!!! :)So yOu sAy yOu dOnT HaVe tImE To wOrKoUt???TuRbO jAm bABy!!!My fAvOrItE WoRkOuTs...cHeCk oUt tHiS ViDeO...cLiCk oN "MENU" tO ViEW MoRe...:)mY GIrL FrOm tUrBo JaM!!"if you look cute after your workout, you might not have been working out hard enough!" -Chalene JohnsonExercise is Awesome!
