About Me

Iâ€™m Jamie, I attend Nursing School at Calhoun. School is one of the top most important things to me. When I graduate I now have no idea what I want to do, since being exposed to so many different units. I have an awesome boyfriend, whom I love more than anything and we've been together six and a half years. I have three very best friends! Tracy, Leslie, and Lindsay! And I love them all extremely! I also have a wonderful four year old, TWENTY pound Chihuahua who never runs out of energy and I'm obsessed with him. Iâ€™m outgoing when you get to know me. Iâ€™m one of those people who love to shop when places are really busy, especially the day after thanksgiving. Iâ€™ve lived with my grandparents since I was 18 months and life couldnâ€™t be better. I have a 24-year-old sister and I love her with all my heart (I will also have a nephew come july!!). I have an extreme fear of spiders, even if theyâ€™re dead. I also have a fear of fire in any form, including lighters. I tend to drift out of conversations and need things to be repeated to me, I daydream way too much, and tend to eavesdrop on others conversations. Iâ€™m horrible at saving money. I love to sleep, but not sleeping way in, because you just waste the day away. Iâ€™m always cold. I hate smoke and everyone should quit, I also hate people who judge you too soon, People who canâ€™t drive, Brussel Sprouts, Teachers who donâ€™t teach, Teachers who do teach but make it too damn difficult, People who donâ€™t wear seatbelts, People who walk around talking loudly on their cell phones, this doesnâ€™t make you any cooler, Politics and anything to do with history, and motorcycles....

My Interests

Music:

My favorite singer/singers are Carrie Underwood, Kellie Pickler, Corey Smith, The Wreckers, Train, Matchbox twenty, Blessid Union of Souls, Keith Urban, SheDaisy, Matchbox Twenty.....and lots more.

Movies:

Finding Nemo, Ice Age, Ice Age II, The Guardian, The Notebook, Independence Day, Armageddon, Walk the Line, Happy Feet.

Television:

My favorite shows are House, Little people in a big world, Trading Spaces, anything on the discovery health channel especially Birth Day:Special delivery, Trauma:Life in the ER, and mystery diagnosis, I also love the food channel, my favorite being unwrapped. And I most admit I do enjoy some reality shows on mtv like Laguna beach(but only the first season) The hills, and Rob and Big always gives me a good laugh.

Books:

I LOVE all the chicken soups and I've read about 20, I've read alot of books about 911 because it interests me, and i love looking at cookbooks if that counts. The nanny diaries, Miracle in the Andes.

Heroes:

My grandparents are probably my biggest heroes, they took me in as a baby and raised me just as they had gotten their two sons out of the house. My papa :-)

April 6, 2007 HAPPY EASTER! (almost)
