Blue Dress is a short film about twelve-year-old Hadley, a shy girl who is devastated when her older brother goes away to camp. For the first time in her life, she will be without him, condemned to an endless summer alone with her parents. But when the bookmobile rumbles into town one dusty morning, Hadley finds a new source of companionship and begins to crave independence.
