About Me

I'm a professional musician and I started as a drummer once playing with my elder brother Tompa Thorberg and we did Jimi Hendrix, Frank Marino and Blackmore repertoar from as young age as 8 and 11 in the legendary band Yrväder in stockholms south suburbans in the end of the 70's earlie 80's. (There is no recordings but if someone has a pic of us, give me a note. Any kind of recordings with Tompa would be interesting as well.)
I'm a composer and multiinstrumentalist but work mainly as a bassplayer in several bands such as Plankton , the coverband Grand Jam with the singer Stefan Berggen ( Razorback , Snakes in Paradise and M3 Classic Whitesnake ), whom I worked with for 15 years and his solo project The Grim. I played Zeppelin covers with "Whole lotta led" Others to be mentioned is Fredrik Ã…kesson(Talisman, Arch Enemy and now Opeth), Benny with Clockwise and Two rocks, Mikael Rickfors, Mark Free(King Kobra) Ferge Fredriksen(Toto), Brett Walker and recently with Michael Schenker on his latest scandinavian tour ..
Among the albums I participated in, as seen and could be bought on the album links on the left side, I should mention the four instrumental albums with Plankton with the guitarists Emil Fredholm and Christian Neppenström and I perform one song each on the tribute albums of Jimi Hendrix and Frank Marino on Clas Yngström Trio - Tribute to Hendrix - Live in Stockholm with Clas Yngström of Sky High and Secondhand Smoke - Frank Marino Tribute with John Norum , and I play as well on Norums latest solo album Optimus where I composed the opening track.
COMING UP:
