My name is Raul; it rhymes with Paul.
December 21, 2008 God's grace is overwhelming, awesome, indescribable. It leaves me speechless so often and I can never help but crack a smile.. a grin.. a smirk at the mention of it. It's one of the few things that, without failure, will put a smile on my face time and time again. I don't deserve a lot of the things that God has blessed me with, and there's times when God's presence and grace are just too much for me to accept and take in. I've had days when I've asked God to just leave me alone, but He's proven to be unfailing. Even if I am not in hot pursuit of Him, He goes after me with His little surprises here and there. It's ridicoulous if you ask me because I'm such a filthy thing... but hey, if that's the case, I guess I fit the mold for those who He pushes forwards and upwards for His purpose and His glory. His reason or lack thereof is beyond perplexing to me.
I work with some amazing kids on a daily basis and I've got to say it's probably one of the best jobs I'll ever have. I love my kids to death and I thank God He's given me such an awesome opportunity.
I love knowledge like you wouldn't believe, though it's still second to true Godly wisdom.

Talk to me; I'm an open book to those who'll take a minute to crack me open with a question and sharing of themselves. I'm into building relationships and getting to know honest, open people. If you refuse to open yourself up for fear grips you, that's fine, I'm just as open to you as I am to my equally open counterpart.
