I am here for Friends

About Me

Obedience is what we were made for. Just like the sun rises and sets, we were made for this. Obedience is also the most terrifying and risky thing we can imagine, because it means we are no longer in control of our own destinies. Obedience can and often does lead to suffering. It leads us into things that we don't want to do, but nevertheless we do them. I might walk into flames, live among the dying, or lose everything I ever thought was worthwhile. But, through my obedience I become a part of something greater, and through my obedience I am protected and blessed. ____________________________________________________________ _
I am a follower of Jesus Christ. The longer I am on this earth, the more I realize there is nothing guaranteed except God's love for us.... Control is an illusion....Insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result...God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference..... I've been married 27 years to a terrific guy and have 8 kids. I have got an awesome family and I am definitely a PROUD mom!! I am also an amateur political junkie - just ask my kids!
