Help My Autistic Brother to get in school.
VERY URGENT! THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS ISSUE REGARDING MY LITTLE BROTHER CHRIS, AND HIS FIGHT TO GET BACK TO SCHOOL. IF YOU CAN HELP OUT, PLEASE READ THIS STORY. The Cover Up is amongst who is who with the board of education concerning a 17-Year old Autistic Student.
A Autistic child has been denied an appropriate education by the Illinois State Board Of Education and the Chicago Public Schools there went e-mails and Letters sent to Arne Duncan CEO of CPS.
Mayor Daley, the Illinois State Board, the Civil Rights Organization, Congressmen Danny Davis and Jessie Jackson, Jr, Governor Rod Blagojevich, Alderman Ed Smith, CPS Specialized Services, Senator Dick Durbin, WVON's Cliff Kelly, CBS2 and the 2Investigators Pam Zekkman, Operation PUSH, Reverend James Meeks, and Barrack Obama, which is the president of the United States and former senator of Illinois. There is a cover-up to keep an Autistic student from attending a CPS.
His Email Arne Duncan in years in 2005, 2006, 2007, and last year.
No help from anyone of them. Now he's been out of school in 2007 to September 2008. The office of specialized service (OSS) claim to help - there was no help. Chris had to cope with betty in the hospital, while the school is putting down anything on his IEP.
This student is not out because of behavior problems. his mother was giving a choice by OSS to attend one of the 3 schools.In the end, he has been denied a school, no reason or excuse, except the fact that he's autistic.
CEO Of Chicago Board Of Education does not know what's going on with this student. Mayor daley does not know what's going on with the people he is appointing.
People are doing as they please.
The Attorney from the board said that they didn't want to speak with me. and the litigation is pending.
I am asking for help for this child. he carries an update IEP, I have all letters from board of education in response to the student.
They have sabotage his test scores and grades from Infinity HS.
I'm asking Mayor Richard Daley and Michael Scott personally to get this information and assist the student.
I'm asking Pam Zekkman to get his grades. test scores and assist the student.
I'm asking Cliff Kelley to get it also, there is a cover up that only the state board of education and CPS knows about.
There is no one else to trust, I'm asking for this child to get in school and have an aide and tutor for the student. At Infinity the student mom created the programs for the student at the school as well as the bus route.
He was suppose to have a ha a side and a specialist to assist him daily during classes.
I'm asking for a lawyer for the student his rights has been violated.
He has a night to an appropriate education, He has been denied an appropriate education.
UPDATE:
The Chicago Police at Infinity HS and the Sargent of the HS said there was nothing I could do about the teacher harassing Chris at school. there is nobody, including police at school could arrest a teacher. The teacher cannot be arrested. He verbally abused Chris while he is in front of him. there is nothing is going down unless the Principal says so.
Chris haven't say anything wrong, but talking about "Moby Dick", but the principal and the teachers, because they got to go to court because of Autistic Child without no programs has mentioned. Chris feels that their life is in danger. On The 25th, My mom went to the school where Chris has called my mom about harassment from a male teacher. I am putting this on the internet. tell them to your friends, tell your family, and pass this on to everyone that you see! we are back in the slave days where nobody cares a bout a autistic person, a high-functioning autistic person. anytime the police department came, nothing was done.
