about me huh? i am a proud single mother of 3 who loves to cook. if you have had my cooking then you probably know that when the mood hits be prepared for something better. cause i make a mean peach cobbler. if you haven't had it i know plenty of people you can ask and they will tell you the same.the ONLY complaints i have ever had were from people not to fond of peach cobbler. hit me up on a good day and you will get a meal and dessert. mexican night tends to be everybody's favorte cause i offer many choices. mexican night consists of tacos burritos tostadas and nachos but now with my mother back and in the mix of things i am sure she will be adding homemade salsa chicken fajitas and mole to the menu. i am thinking we shout just turn mexican night into a block party with all the food we make let alone just what i make. after i get my life and of course finance straight i am thinking of going to a culinary school and opening my own resturant. okay well that is all i can think of for now bottom line is my kids and cooking/baking is who i am and that is cause i chose for that to be my life.
