Born and raised in a musical family, music always facinated me. I always had the chance to listen to all kinds of music, from pop to hiphop, from rock to techno. At the age of 8, I took music & piano lessons, but i realised this wasn't my thing at the time, so after about 2 years I quit. In the first years of highschool my musical taste changed every few months, and at the age of 15 I really started liking electronic music.
Together with some friends, we bought a double cd player and a mixer, and started dj'ing. I liked this, but it never really satisfied me. A little later I found a music forum on internet, and there was a 'producing' section. After a week of reading around, i got my copy of fruity loops and started making music. (this was somewhere in 2004) Ofcourse this was really crappy shit at the time, but after a few months, i really got the taste of producing and made some hard-dance/trance tunes that me and other people liked.
Now, 2008 i'm producing minimal/tech tunes under the alias 'Harmonik'. I had my first live performance @ der machine, thanks to spastik, and this experience was really great. It will always be my purpose to make tunes that touch people, and myself off course, and also make them DANCE! To be continued..
