Online Fitness Training for Musicians

About Me

My name is Tamara Scott-Bogard. I have been a Fitness Trainer since 1991, a Yoga Teacher since 2004 and have just established myself as an Eco-Living Consultant (see The Eco-Living Institute Group for more information). I have always loved live music and just recently realized that I have something to offer a field that gives me so much. I love to take all of my worlds and make them work together. I am intensely loyal to my friends and family, insanely passionate about my interests, I not only hear, I listen and have an acute eye for movement of the body. I have a wonderful family. Two wonderful sons, Michael and Daniel. My amazing husband Ben. We are all very close. They back me up in all of my crazy endeavors (they put up with me). Over the years I have participated in everything from triathlon and adventure racing to yoga and meditation, finding great value in all levels of physical endeavor. Lately, I have found that a large amount of our skills as a human being, we do not realize much less utilize. I feel that everyone has an innate sense of how to manage their body and mind. It is my passion to help individuals find this in themselves.ModMySpace Profile Customizer
