J-WIZZY "BEAT BANGAZ IN DA TRUNK"

I started working at my music career when I was in the fourth grade. My fam and I lived in Greensboro, N.C. at the time in the River Oaks apartment buildings on Big Tree Way Rd. After living there for a couple of months, these people moved in the back of us. I got to know their son Deshawn who was in second grade very well and he liked to rap too, so we came up with this song and performed for my mom, dad, and brother. It was rather a good song for the age we were. Shortly we moved to Thomasville N.C. I wrote my music on and off and to me I didn’t take it to serious that I was a rapper. Later, I met another person around my age (Kenny) in Kimberly Place through my dad’s friend; he also liked to write music, but, not too serious. We wrote music in our own time just to pass time; it was fun to play around with it. One day we came up with an idea to make him and I a group called New Yo; this was just after NE-Yo had entered the became well known. After a while we forgot all about the group thing. Now in seventh grade we just chilled out with music........ The year went by and I started going to Thomasville middle school so I started to get back into music. I learned about G.P.1 Mellow G(my dad) MASTER G(ZENO) & SLICK RICK(RICHARD) all of them being brothers. So I got more interested in music, and my passion grew for it. In the middle of the 8th grade we moved back to our home town (Greenville N.C.) now, it was just my mom, sister, and I living with my aunt Helen my dad’s sister (RIP) who passed on a few days later. We know stay in the same place my dad grew up; here I got more passion for music and more knowledge about the music industry. I began making beats and writing in my room. After about a year of doing my thang I met (LALA) who loved to sing, she heard one of my beats and didn't know who made it so I told her I made beats, so from then on we got together just to make music. We wrote a song called "Feeling You" in 2006 now in the 10th grade. I saw this studio advertise on MTV in Greenville N.C... I told my dad about it, we called right away to see what it was all about, my dad made an appointment and the rest is history in the making. LALA and I finished writing the song and recorded it @ Soul mop studio in November through December of 2006. And, I am now working towards bigger and better things of my own as a solo artist, although, I do enjoy vibing with other artists.
