I pretty much just watch anything that is on ESPN but my favorite shows is Extreme Home Makeover and Jim Rome is Burning.
My favorite books are "The Manhatten Hunt Club", "It's not about the bike" (Lance Armstrong) and the best book ever "Juiced" by Jose Canesco
