About Me

Myspace Layouts at Pimp-My-Profile.com / Solitary - Image Hosting

I'm an award-winning creative writer currently living and working in Toronto. I write poetry, fiction, non-fiction and screenplays for motion pictures. My home base (when I'm not wandering) is California, where I've lived most of my adult life. The San Francisco Bay Area is the worldwide center of my social network, but I've lived in Montecito (the upscale slum for Santa Barbara) since 2001.After a few years resisting the urge, I finally signed up for MySpace to expand my network of friends and kindred spirits and begin my first blog. From time to time I'll be adding new posts here of items I think worth sharing. My film reviews. Interesting stuff I find here or elsewhere in cyberspace. Important information on global policy issues. Special announcements from my talented myspace Friends. That kind of stuff.I have another blog where I'll be posting some of the same stuff, but different items, too. Like memoirs and profiles of some of the more interesting people I've met along the way or who've had a special influence on my life and/or work.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Interesting people from around the world, especially if you share any of the interests listed in the column to your left. By the way, my friends include some of the most interesting and talented people on the planet.
