I am a daughter, a sister, a wife of 50 yrs,..and mother to 11 children....yes..11... I have 23 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren...On January 9th, 2008, I had 2 skin lesions removed,..thinking they where only a "mole" or skin tag.....
1 was on my back,..and 1 on my leg....
Last week on, January 16th,..Wednesday,..I got the call....it is
Melanoma Skin Cancer....stage 4...on my leg...
the area of the body that most women get skin cancer...
Today{1/21/2008}, I went to see the surgeon....they will remove the remaining cancer off my leg on February 1st.
and depending on the lymph node biopsy,..will be removing the lymph nodes.
Melanoma Skin Cancer Stage 4 can be fatal....
we are naturally praying for a miracle....
please keep me in your prayers....
