In the winter of 2004-2005, five guys tired of being stuck out side in the cold, decided to crawl back into a hole [no not your mommy's vagina] but ... the basement of a sketchy pool hall [just a little cleaner].Building the foundation of FailuretoComply, composed of Ben(vocals),Pat(guitar), Jee(guitar), Alex aka''Northern seal''(bass) and finally Jo(drums).
Starting from melodic metal riffs with the crushing sound of breakdowns toped off by the terrorising frontmanship of a vocalist. Failure to Comply, with not much experience, started playing shows in the summer of 2005 and quickly gained recognition from everyone with their live performance,brining back metalcore sound and attitude back to the Montreal, Qc grindcore, death and emo scene.
After recently losing their lead guitarist, Failure to Comply, now with new blood have decided to reconstruct the sound and the image. Failure to Comply will hit the scene again somewhere around the summer and will like to put out a debut EP by the end of this year.
