Troy Born has been teaching drums for six years and has playing for twelve. His musical background includes drumming for bands such as Taken (Goodfellow Records), Bleeding Through (Trustkill), Forever I rise, and Joe and the Chicken Heads. He has also played professionally for Southern California Churches for over eight years.Troy's Music influences and Interests include JoJo Mayer, Terry Bozzio, Marco Minnemann, David Crowder Band, and Tristeza.Lessons are tailored to each students needs and interests, and range from half hour to hour long sessions. Troy teaches all styles and specializes in rock/hardcore/metal.Special experience teaching double bass technique, Moller Technique, and creative drumming in musical context.Troy is also available for Session Work.Contact for Tuition and Scheduling.
