About Me

Trombone/Keys player originally from England. I have played all different types of music with hundreds of different players. Started playing at age 10 and went to music school in Manchester England. In my time there, i had the opportunity to play with many great up an coming players. Those include, John Escreet, Gwilym Simcock, Johhny Spall, Ben Bryant, James Gardiner-Bateman to name a few. We also had the opportunity of doing masterclasses with lots of greats. At my time at Chetham's School of Music i met Bobby Shew, Brad Melhdau, Wynton Marsarlis, Derek Watkins, Joe Lovano, Andrew Hill, Jiggs Whigham, Mark Nightingale, Don Lusher, Tim Garland, Courtney Pine, Paul McCartney are just some of the people who were in town or at school. Following that i moved to the US. I did one year of high school where i made the state Jazz Ensemble and then started University. Out there i played with lots of different people again. I had the honor of going on tour with our group sponsored by the University. My self, Ryan Anselmi, Mikki Masuada, Bryan Mueller, and Proffesor Craig Owens toured New York and Europe. While at WSU i met or played with Matt Wilson, Frank Mantooth, Stefon Harris and lots of others from around the area. I have been working on cruise ships for the last few years and writing lots of music. I was lucky enough to be onboard at the same time as the smooth jazz cruise. While on board, i had the opportunity to get to hear, play and hang out with with the likes of Gerald Albright, Candy Dulfer, Shilts, Down to the Bone, Eric Darius, the amazing Ricky Lawson, David Dyson, Nick Collione. Right now i live in Savannah Georgia. When im there i get to play with Equinox Jazz and other Jeremy Davis groups, David Lugo and Latin Motion, Savannah Avenue.Equipment Bach 16 Trombone Conn 88h Trombone Macbook Pro with Logic Pro M Audio Oxygen Keyboard Studio Logic SL 880 88 key Midi Controller Shure SM57 Shure SM58 Shure Beta98H Sony Ecm-99 Sony F99-A Alesis Reference Amp Shure in ears Sennheiser Headphones Motu Traveler Mk 3 Zoom H4Recording, Arranging, Composing, Producing, and performing services availableContact me through myspace for hire
