The Nasty Cats form in 2003, in Rome; former line-up consisted in Jinx singing and playing guitar, and John playing drums. Few months later, Billy joined the band as drummer and John started playing bass and singing (back vocals).
The first real live (after the long experience in school gigs) is in March 2007, at La Strada squat (Rome), followed by several shows in many clubs and squats, including gigs with Lorena & The Bobbits, The Nappies, The Turturros, Creteens, Heart Attack Radio, Heart Break Stereo, Killtime, The Atoms, The Sedations, Flav Giorgini (Squirtgun), Tough, Teenage Bottlerocket and Johnie3.
In December 2008 they tour Italy, Luxembourg and UK with Killtime’s Hopeless European Tour.
Their first release,"Friday 17th"(Voodoo Doll Records)is released on February 15th, 2009
