Hey, my names Gorden and im on myspace to let people know about a fitness workout that is easy to fit into your everyday life and that actually works!
I discovered it a few weeks ago and already the effects are unmissable, strength and fitness wise so i thought id spread the wisdom!
Its an internet self defense class that anyone can join called www.e-kbfitness.com, and the difference between this and a normal workout video is that e-kb fitness has variety. You see, as you progress, you can choose new workouts and classes, and all in the comfort of your own home! This was probably the biggest thing that appealed to me as i wasn't confident joining any classes or a gym in case i couldn't keep up! But with e-kb fitness, i progress when i'm ready and don't feel self conscious! Its also great to fit around a busy schedule as you choose when you want to do it and is very affordable.
