About Me

| View | Add Favorite
I'm Wes.
I just moved out of my first Atlanta residence and into a house in a great area called Little 5 Points. I live alone for now. My roomates will be moving in later in the summer. I recently completed my first year at Georgia State. I enjoy the school but I'm starting to think that I'm not college material more and more. I just want to get out in the world and do something that will make me money instead of paying money to do something I dont really want to be doing. I consider myself a pretty interesting guy. You should get to know me.
Heres a few short and random statements about me.
- I have a difficult time with women. I dont know if it's bad luck or bad skills, but I'm sure as hell not getting it right.
- I like music and plan on making it a very lucrative career.
- I had extremly long hair for a long time but I got it cut a while back. I just got tired of it.
- I dont have much patience for people that never try to be anything except an average middle class loser. What a waste.
- One more thing I dont have much patience for is people that choose to not pull their own weight in life. As much as this pisses me off it's when these people get special help that I get infuriated.
- I think the current executive branch is a joke and is ruining our country in so many ways.
- I admire self control, ambition, hard work, and success.
- I dont admire people who inherited all their money. The Ovarian lottery pisses me off.
- I dont smoke anything. It's not a moral thing. I just think the act of inhaling smoke is very useless, stupid, and is bad for my health.
- I drink alcohol but I keep myself in check.
- I tend to consider myself an ageist. That is, I feel that the older members of society hold us back a great deal.
-I'm a big suporter of environmental causes. Most people will say the environment should come second to humanitarian causes but I think they should come at the exact same time. The earth gave us all life and people continue to destroy it. It's sickening!
- On that note I am a supporter of hunting. You may think thats hypocritical but I can assure you that it has everything to do with preserving the environment.
- I own 15 trees in Siberia in order to help save Siberian Tigers
- I like art of all kinds
- I also like high fashion. The sophistication of it all appeals to me
Aren't I a nice guy?
In the near future I'm going to start a record label in which I will have a hand in the creative as well as the business aspect of the music. I have already made a myspace profile for the label.
Go to the SCENE MUSIC profile and show us some support!!!
After I start Scene Music and have it up and running smoothly I'm gonna turn over it's reigns to a worthy successor so I can go in search of some venture capitalists that will fund the idea I have to revolutionize the music industry. Eventually I'm going to use the success of my "Idea" to venture into other business', much like Richard Branson did with Virgin. By the year 2020 or so I'll have a global group of companies known simply as "the Scene Group," or "Scene Global." Things like racing, environmentally friendly real estate development, a drink brand, a production company, a publishing company, and many other types of interesting businesses are what I have in mind. Anyone wanna join me on my rise to the top? You may be laughing at my dreams of grandeur but even if only a small fraction of what I plan on acheiving happens I'll be far more successful than the vast majority of people.

My Interests

- being happy
- music
- finding a great girl
- acheiving success and wealth
- bigger and better things

I'd like to meet:

YOU!!

AOL: thrashed 14

MSN: [email protected]

Richard Branson, Ted Turner (I've seen him in person but didnt get to speak to him), Bill Gates, and any other forward thinking successful people. Those kind really inspire me.

Music:

I don't discriminate by genre, only quality.

Movies:

Ill watch almost anything once. If it's good I'll probably watch it again some day. If it's great I might buy it.

Television:

Whatever makes me forget about the real world. Comedy and Science Fiction are often the remedy.

Books:

I like reading but my attention span isnt long enough to sit down with a book and get much accomplished. I do a lot of reading on the net though.

Heroes:

My grandpa (Pop) and anyone else who has succeded in life without absolutely stomping on people in their way. Richard Branson, Ted Turner, Rick Rubin, Butch Walker, Ralph Lauren, and Bill Gates, are some of my heroes as well.

Republican Conspiracy

By this point in the presidential campaign everyone has heard of Ron Paul. He's the one with the signs. A really amazing example of what grassroots support can do. Unfortunately what you may not know ...

Dangerous Waters - an original work

This is a rather appropriate peice I wrote relating to my current situation. Note the different capitalization and punctuation in the last line of each stanza.   Dangerous Waters I've just waded...

The beatings will continue until you pick up a gun and blow his head off

You may have heard about the man who was also a minister and was killed by his wife after he had abused her for years. She was sentanced to 30 days in a mental institution. Her defense was that s...

All movies have been baned. Now only commercials.

The shameless product placement in movies is absolutley disgusting. Transformers was a big advertisement for GM and that is all it was. Seriously, how many Ford products did you see in that movie? App...

for granted taken

I'd like to suddenly become invisible. There are so many people in my life that take me for granted. Friends, family, you name it. I think it would be interesting to see the reactions of those people ...

So how many nails can they fit in that casket?

Just when you think Bush has put the last nail in the Republican's coffin he finds another little part to put another nail in. Today he "commuted" Libby's prison sentance. This means Libby has to...
