Kersha Bailey came across Groove Control on many musical adventures. Groove Control was formed from a group of four friends as who knew each other from the musician circuit and was introduced to Kersha Bailey through Mac Fro (Steven McKenzie).
Kersha Bailey and Groove Control have been together for half a year, during that time Kersha Bailey and Groove Control have been creating Neo Soul with a twist of light, wisdom and love.
The journey for Kersha Bailey and Groove Control has been a young, fresh and harmonious energy, through every chord that is strum and every note that is sung, forming the true musical colours of Kersha Bailey and Groove Control .
Kersha Bailey and Groove Control are influenced by some of the greats, such as Dee Bailey (KB..s mum) singer/songwriter and loving mother, Jill Scott, enthusiastic, expressive vocalist, Kim Burrell, also experimental vocalist/pianist, Frank McComb, Stevie Wonder, Chris Dave and Kirk Franklin.
One of Kersha Bailey and Groove Control’s aspirations is to be universally known on the music scene for having positive and energetic personality and musicality.
Another aspiration for Kersha Bailey and Groove Control is to give their communities the right to dream and to pursue those dreams.
