DASO ENTERTAINMENT in collaboration with METRO PLUS PRESENT: The New Village Music Festival was created as a vehicle to unite people of all ages and ethnicity. An event that celebrates music, culture and community. One of the initial goals of this Festival was to promote local upcoming music artists. It was inevitable that this event would also highlight the importance of local community organizations that focus on Music, Performing Art and Cultural Arts programs for children and Families ............................................................ ............................................................ ............................................................ ............................................. David Soto aka Daso - singer/songwriter, youth director and community organizer who has been performing in local venues for many years, thought it would be an asset to artists and residents in his community to organize a free outdoor concert that celebrates the past, the present and the future of music. We are happy to announce that the co-host of this years event will be a great mentor, community leader and activist Chino Garcia.
