“Robin Olson is one of those rare composers whose music not only supports a movie scene, but actually feels like another character within the movie. He creates the perfect musical setting, which will enhance blockbuster hits, independent films and everything in between.â€
- Russell Mulcahy, Director – The Highlander, Resident Evil 3, Razorback
“I have known Robin Olson for 20 years: first as a splendid violinist and now, as a composer. He writes music of passion, knowledge and humor.â€
- John Mauceri, Conductor Emeritus of the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra
An internationally-recognized virtuoso violinist, Robin has performed on virtually every Hollywood blockbuster film of the last decade, including Academy Award-winners Titanic, Shrek 2, Pirates of the Caribbean 1, 2 & 3, Spiderman 1, 2 & 3, Jurassic Park, and Finding Nemo.
Now composing full-time, Robin scores independent and major films including main and end titles and film trailers. Recently Robin was hired as a composer for FirstCom Music, a division of Universal Music Publishing Group, where he composed all musical styles for film and television.
