About Me

-Hey, I'm Andrew Jankowski. -I graduated from Vancouver Christian High School last June, and I'm now an English major at Portland State University, and I'm hoping to become an author/writer if I can get published. I'm also studying Korean, so hopefully I'll be able to go to South Korea and teach English (and make 70-90 USD an hour). I also want to be a photographer. I have a nice camera and some good lenses, but nothing else at this point. One day, I want to open my own studio.-Hmm, onto beliefs . . . religiously, I'm a non-traditional Christian. I guess that means that I know I have my vices, but I'm working through that in order to be fine with myself. I also try not to judge (which I could elaborate on later) because, again, we all have our vices. Also, I have a great amount of respect for the Buddha, and I have an interest in learning about other religions.-Politically, I'm a self-described Postmodern socialist/anarchist. Well, the anarchist bit is a little more of a religious thing, but that's a whole other story. I am fairly passionate about the homeless, LGBT rights, feminism, and ending the War in Iraq. However, I have three friends who are involved in the military (one Air Force and two Navy), and I respect their decision to enlist. I'm heavily influenced by my close friends. I hope that I change and grow often to avoid becoming stagnant.-I have a problem with classifying myself, so don't ask how I do. But, if it helps, I've been classified as nearly every contradictory term; if you can think of it, I've probably been called it. Not all of it's true, but I have my moments.-Ooo, fun facts: I accidentally use big/weird words in everyday conversations. I'm really bothered by improper spelling. I'm somewhat of an insomniac. If I can't figure out how to spell a word, I'll fingerspell it. I can rarely catch things thrown at me, and when I do, I promptly tell Robert (my roommate/bestest friend foreverest). I'm nearly obsessed with The Sims 2, Batman, and Star Wars.-I can seem a bit confrontational or mean sometimes, but I swear, if we become friends, I have court-ordered moments of niceness.-Oh, and I'm a little eccentric.-If my little bio hasn't satisfied you, I don't know what else to say, so ask and I'll probably tell you... width="425" height="350">.. ..> Hole, "Boys On The Radio" (live) (I don't care if Courtney was on anything; this was a good version of the song and a great performance. My heroes, and...I do like to have random MySpace friends, but only if they talk to me. I've had so many random friends who never talked to me, so I ditched them. Jessicka would be cool to meet too.
