MUSIC IN MY BLOOD!!!!!!

Rowena Perry aka Lady E was born in Spanish Harlem New York, raised by a single mother in NYC Housing Authority project she is no stranger to struggle. It was through her struggles that her love for music blossomed. From a young age she loved to sing which inspired her to join the school chorus. For her, music was a distraction from her everyday life. In time she met the love of her life and got married, over the next 13 years she became occupied with married life working 9 to 5 and being a good wife she lost touch with her music, she began to write poetry in her spare time to sustain her creativity. Then Hardbody aka HB (her nephew) came to live with her in 2005. At first HB was struggling to find his way, coming out of a very negative time in his life where he only knew one way to survive. His Aunt (Lady E) feared he would slip back to the street life. Then came the music…… The seeds of HBC was sowed and the roots where grounded. Lady E and HB purchased equipment and setup a home studio from the kitchen table to the protools track after track they began to construct their first mixtape learning to engineer as she progressed. Lady E being the poet she was, with a love for music since before she could crawl, was a natural lyricist, with HB flow and determination they were bound to succeed. Their first mixtape “Straight from the Streetz Vol. 1” hit the streets with “All My Love” which featured Lady E & HB, and “Harlem Ballers” on which Lady E spit her first rhymes it blazed the pavement, HB and Lady E would become know names in the streets of NYC. Since then HBC has been busy recording three music videos, taken on new acquired members Act Up, Kaydough, Shies B and Sour D they released their second mixtape “Switch Ya Style Up Vol. 1” produced such hits as “Heaven” and Lady E spit her first solo “AK on my Back” branding her a true Hip Hop artist, also new artist Sour D made her debut as a voice to be reckoned with, on hit single “With Out My Love” Lady E’s Lyrics now had a voice and a life of their own. Creating a fresh new RB/Hip Hop fusion. Don’t think Lady E is restricted to music she is also a shrewd business woman who is all about getting the job done.She is Lyricist/Rapper/Singer/Engineer/Promoter/Manager/Treasureer/ Secertary for HBC and is well respected like mother love.
