REGGâ„¢~R.I.P SPANK, FREE D-JOHNSON~

Born May 24 1993. As a child Regg enjoyed playing basketball and even rapping at a young age. "I remember chillin' at my grandma crib watchin BET, and lil bow wow came on tv rappin'. I know it sounds funny but when i first saw bow wow on Tv, i knew i wanted to be a rapper." From then on Regg stayed on his grind and his climb to the top by writing rhymes and poetry. "I love writing music and poetry because it gives me a chance to express myself."On May 24 2005 when Regg was 12, he released his first mixtape ft. his older brother Trey. "I remember i used to take them to school and pass them out like they were hot, i listen to it all the time and just realize how WACK it was." Even though Regg thought it was Wack, a lot of people enjoyed it. "One day i was gettin' off the bus, and a big group of girls ran over and was talkin about gettin on my next cd. haha at that point I thought i was the man." After his first mixtape Regg gained some respect and earned a lil reputation then started rapping on the bus with his friend Shawn a.k.a King Shep. "haha me and king shep was always on the bus rapping and clownin, somehow we became known as the school rappers."For about a year Regg stopped rapping and started producing music for his brother and many other artist. " I just wanted to get my rhymes and swagg togetha." When Regg got his "swagg" togetha, he released his new album "Fresh Out Da 6". "Fresh Out Da 6 was gangsta haha. I named it fresh out da 6 because i wrote it when i moved from 6th Street SE (the hood) to the county, the purpose of the album was to let niggas know that even though i moved out the hood, i still keep it trill n ima real hood nigga." Regg didn't just pass out this album, he mailed them off to record labels. "I sent one to TVT records, FullSurface records and Slip n Slide. I was disapointed because Slip n Slide was the only ones that got back to me. They wanted to fly me down to miami and check me out, but i couldnt even leave my yard because i was on house arrest. that really set me off."Regg is planning on releasing his new album "Me Against The World" in 09. "this is probably going to be one of the best albums you heard in a long time. Im putting my blood sweat n tears into this album. I have to go low-key for a while because of bad decisions." Regg plans to release the album in mid-09 saying he hasn't picked an official date. Regg is currently spending his time producing and recording the album and "laying low." " I just spend most of my time in the studio because it gives me a chance to express myself and get a lot of stress of my chest. Lately i've been in the studio laying low.
