Playgroundz.net is a Multi-Media Entertainment Company, providing musicians with streaming media hosting and community networking tools through a web experience.
We are a 100% free online music community for artists and members. We offer Unlimited Audio Hosting for free and 100% artist profits on Digital Music Download sales.
Other features included are video hosting, your own web page, community tools such as messages and blogs, plus enhanced features such as Charts, Reviews, and Statistics and much more.
Playgroundz.net is a subsidiary of Enzephyr Records inc., wich was founded in May 2003 by Michael D'Amato and Kevin Farrell. We released 1 CD under our label. With the rise of streaming media, we decided to create a subsidiary of Enzephyr Records Inc. By 2005, we launched our online music community and D.B.A(Doing Business As), Playgroundz.net.
After undergoing some changes to our website, we released our Live Webcasting Service in February of 2006. We began to stream live webcast shows 4 times a week and simulated live replays along with the services offered on our website.
We have also streamed shows for The Good Times Music Festival semi-finals, the Benefit for Harry Chapin at Eisenhower Park, and events at The Boulton Center. We have also streamed shows for benefits such as Toys of Hope and Prune Belly.org. We have also been judges at The Good Times Music Festival Battle of the Bands Semi-Finals and Finals.
Playgroundz.net has been in the press in a full length article in The Good Times Magazine and also an interview and recap of our Summer Music Festival in The Aural Fix Cominique.
