WHAT IS THE STREET TEAM?
The Street Team is a group of people who love The Wildbirds and help spread the word in their local area. They do this by building the hype, keeping informed, and passing out promotional materials provided during the weeks before the band comes to town.
HOW DO I HELP?
Join the Street Team by sending us (here, or [email protected]) your FULL NAME, MAILING ADDRESS, EMAIL, and AGE. We will be in touch with you about all that you can do to promote The Wildbirds in your area! Join, dammit!
THE WILDBIRDS WAY
"We five, (Nicholas, Matthew, Jon Jon, Hugh, and our lovely fifth member Emily) spend our days in our new home, a dirty 25-foot shuttle bus converted to run on 100% waste vegetable oil. We’ve been on the road non-stop since June, promoting our debut album Golden Daze. We cut our leases back in Wisconsin, and already have traveled 25,000 miles- playing shows, meeting folks, seeing new places, sweating, drinking, dancing, smoking, fighting, and blasting music on our bus stereo. We’ve had multiple police run-ins, dog searches, late-night-early morning folk jams, and what seems to be an endless amount of breakdowns on desert highways. This is our life. It's a bit of a traveling circus, but we love it." - Nicholas Stuart

These days, The Wildbirds are busy planning a European tour for sometime around March of next year.With no agent or manager, they are left to do a lot of the footwork on their own.
If you have any advice or connections that might be useful to them, please let us know. (vehicles, equipment, places to stay, translators... )
