You should create your own MySpace Layouts like me by using nUCLEArcENTURy .COM's MySpace Profile Editor ! *********************************************************** In December 2006, Nevada Senator Joe Heck introduced Senate Bill 6 to amend Statute NRS 453.3325, which was enacted in 2005 mainly to combat the manufacture of Methamphetamines in Nevada. NRS 453.3325 makes possessing, selling, and manufacturing certain substances within the vicinity of a child punishable by no less than 6 years in prison and up to 20 years in prison. It also carries a fine up to $20,000. Currently Marijuana is exempt from this bill, however if SB6 is passed, Marijuana Cultivation will be prosecuted under these terms as well. Passing SB6 would subject those who produce any amount of Marijuana, even one plant, to a 15 year sentence if the plant is being grown in the vicinity of a child. Not only does this affect those personal users who are trying to avoid support of a potentially terroristic market by producing their own marijuana, it does not provide any exemptions for those who are cultivating Marijuana legally for medical use. (Though Nevada does allow the use of Marijuana for medical purposes, very few people in the nation are given medical grade marijuana, most people with a medical marijuana license have to grow their own.)The media does not give a lot of support to Marijuana Reform, it is up to us to inform ourselves. With the media on his side Senator Heck will win this battle unless we, the citizens, take a stand. I urge everyone to write your senator, and congressman. Infiltrate the media with letters to the editor, and call the news stations. The more knowledge we present to the community, the closer we will be to winning this war.
