About Me

The Loxton Hotel has stepped up and taken the title for being the BEST live music venue in the Riverland.

By grabbing the local music scene by the horns, it has managed to bring all sorts of acts to little old Loxton including big names like Butterfly Effect, Magic Dirt, Sarah McLeod, 28 Days, Cog, Boo-ya Tribe and The Hot Lies, while also helping local bands make their mark. Sector 7G, Terminal Thrill, Atlas Nowhere and Overdrive wouldn't be household names with out this great venue!

Sounds Like: All sorts of Music can be heard rattling the windows of our Main Bar. We've had the likes of Pop Idols, to well known Indie Rock groups made famous by Triple J, to Emo and Metal. There isn't a type of music that we're afraid to try, not even the big ganGster rappers from the US could intimidate us!
