About Me
'Allo 'allo!
My name is Luc, living in the Hills District of Sydney! **Pause for the crowd going wild at the mention of the best City in the World** My house is somewhat nice, if small. Lawns are too big but, hey, gives me room to have BBQs and shit.
A Tehuti - semakaaru Ausar er kefta-f!
I work for the Virgin Group. Am a Team Leader - not permanent, only for 6 months - but I like the Group, so I stick with it in hopes of "progressing". Just had my 2 year anniversary there, so hopefully won't be too much longer!
My family are a bunch of weirdo psychos nice enough bunch, but I'm adopted, I'm sure, so it's cool. I will meet my real father, a Crown Prince of some country, someday soon - I know it! ( Love you, Maman! :P )
I'm a big fan of Music - I need it around me most of the time: driving, lounging, walking, even to put me to sleep! Major tastes are Miss E and Tori, but the mood will change frequently. Been to many concerts over time - Love 'em! Have seen Missy Elliott, Tori Amos, Marilyn, BEP, Hole, Korn, Groove Armada, Taylor Dayne, Cher, Rammstein, J Wes, Blu Cantrell, Village People (as support group, not one I'd go to normally), Vanessa Amarosi, The Pixies, Beck and a bunch of others.
Also, I go to local gigs for friends bands and others: Primary (dec), Sneaky Sound System, Fiona Horne, 2by4, Wendy Rule, Sick Puppies (before they hit the bigtime and started hugging people in LA)... I am an avid supporter of the Australian music industry! HUGE supporter!
I'm rattling on, so I'll keep each topic brief: I love travelling - haven't been abroad much (only twice), but have big plans. Really want to see the world, a rooter for Globalisation - however very Patriotic to Mother Australia. Can't wait, though, to go to Egypt, Cambodia, México and Russia
I really enjoy brushing my teeth.
I can't sing, but I do - at Karaoke all the time. Starting to pick it up a little in Sydney, still only occassional, but all the time in Melbourne. Not that Japanese-style booth-business crap, though! I need the stage and the adoration/face pulling of the crowd of strangers!
I like the colours White and Green
I've had some seriously bad luck with past relationships - once bitten, twice shy. Me: Four times bitten, über shy! No, seriously, I enjoy my single status. Just "vaadering the ohms" is fun!
I have three tattoos - arm, wrist and back - with plans for at least two more.
I have been called a Grammar Nazi!
On my birthday, heaps has happened in History: Nicholas II became Tsar of Russia (the beginning of the end), the Eiffel Tower opened to the public, the European Community adopted the European flag and Michael Jackson married Lisa Marie. I also share my birthday with Aleksandr Pushkin, Philippe de Champaigne, Stevie Nicks, Pam Grier, Helena Bonham Carter, Crown Prince Frederik and Zola Budd.
Also, thanks to that wanker John Bush-buttsniff Howard, my birthday is National Fucking Sorry Day (hopefully Rudd will revoke the day!). But I apologise for nothing on that topic. I'm not into punishing the Son for the sins of the Father... So there!
Bunjee jumping - what a rush! Highest to date: 440ft/134m.
Vegetarian - 10 year vow that'll end 29 September this year. What next? Abstinence seems to be en vogue for me right now... :(
I like to run away from cash machines after withdrawing money, screaming "I won! I won!". I hate awkward situations. I think the word "awkward" is awkward-looking.

And when I'm President, we'll all live under the sea!

"The lesson today is how to die..."
You are the kind of person who always used to ask why, until your parents screamed "Because I said so, now shut up!". You're always seeking answers to ever question, solving every puzzle. You also have a strong sense of justice, and believe that ultimately people should pay for their crimes. At the same time, you do hold compassion for those who act out of pain, which creates an inner struggle. How does one judge someone and simultaneously understand why they have done wrong? It's a balancing act, and weighs heavy on your mind, particularly when judging yourself. Sometimes, there is no answer to a question, which disturbs you. Your goal in life should be to seek a happy medium between 'an eye for an eye' and 'forgive and forget'. Not everything can be black and white, right and wrong. Don't fear the grey. Trust your intuition, because it's usually right.
