Essie’s place

Hello I’m Esther Schaap I’m a twenty year old bass player. I started playing bass in February 2006 when some friends from a local metal cover band called "The Titans" asked me to play a short gig with them in my hometown Katwijk. I never played bass, before they asked me, so I had a month to practice and figuring out the instrument. Well I liked it a lot and I never stopped playing after that. I still play with "The Titans" now, and it's always a lot off fun with them on stage. May 2007 the guys from "Incease" called me and asked me if I was interested to fill up there blank spot because there bass player has left the band. I was honoured and surprised, because I already love there music and style of playing. I'm very happy that I can be creative now and come up with my own licks and pieces of music. I feel I’m already a real member of the band.
